Platform showing the buffers-stop dating of 1903

Specially designed buffer-stop in order to stop trains in case of brake failure.

Shall we last for so long?

Model of the building exposed in the Hall

The station of Antwerp is made of two parts : the platform glas/steel cover (1895-99) designed by Ing. C. Van Bogaert and the station building (1899-1905) designed by Architect L. De la Censerie (widely inspired by the station in Lucerne, Zwitserland)

Model explaining all the changes due to the North-South underground connection (High Speed Train linking France to Holland)
